KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Exemplary client engagement skills with a keen interest in developing new client relationships
- Experience in leading and managing projects bids and presentations
- Ability to manage multiple teams on large-scale projects from initial briefing to completion
- Registered architect with 8+ years’ experience leading the delivery of projects
- Awareness of contractual responsibilities of the project including scope and deliverables
- Exemplary project planning: resource modelling, programming, and task allocation
Design Lead, Sydney
ROLE
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a talented designer to become part of our collaborative team and work on a range of significant projects, working alongside the Design Directors of the practice; you will be developing the design intent, taking the lead in the conception of ideas, developing concepts through iterative modelling, preparing analytical massing studies and leading client presentations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- At least 8+ years’ experience in working within a design role in a design led practice
- High attention to detail with excellent technical knowledge
- Hands on software skills, such as Rhino, 3DS Max or Revit
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate with others
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
Personal Assistant / Marketing Coordinator, Sydney
ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a creative Personal Assistant to join our architecture team and provide both marketing and administration support to the Sydney Practice Director.
Role Overview
- General assistance, including diary management, travel bookings, reservations and event registrations
- Assisting with business development, researching, and maintaining CRM database
- Liaising with the Melbourne marketing team contributing to project bids and marketing
- Coordinating cultural projects, presentations and events
- General administration assistance and relief reception support
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in similar role or recent graduate with exceptional skills
- Educated to degree level, noting that the role could suit a marketing graduate
- Exceptional communication skills, an ability to effectively engage with external clients
- Well organised, methodical, flexible, with the ability to confidently and calmly deal with unexpected situations
- High level of attention to detail, prioritising work assignments and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team, multi-task and use your own initiative
- Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications and Creative Cloud
