ROLE
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a talented client-focused architect with experience in design and delivery of significant complex, large-scale projects working closely with the Sydney Studio Director.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in apartment planning for high density living and high-end luxury multi-residential
- Exemplary client engagement skills with a keen interest in developing new client relationships
- Experience in leading and managing projects bids and presentations
- Registered architect with 8+ years’ experience leading the delivery of projects
- Ability to manage multiple teams on large-scale projects from initial briefing to completion
- Comprehensive understanding of contractual responsibilities of the projects including scope and deliverables
- Exemplary project planning: resource modelling, programming, and task allocation
Design Lead, Sydney
ROLE
We are seeking a talented designer to become part of our collaborative team and work on a range of significant projects, working alongside the Design Directors of the practice; developing the design intent taking the lead in the conception of ideas, developing concepts through iterative modelling, preparing analytical massing studies and leading client presentations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- At least 8+ years’ experience in working within a design role in a design led practice
- High attention to detail with excellent technical knowledge
- Hands on software skills, such as Rhino, 3DS Max or Revit
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate with others
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
Architect, Sydney
ROLE
We are looking to expand our team with a talented architect with experience working on large complex projects supporting the project leader.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years’ experience in design development and documentation of complex projects
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills in a team environment supporting the project leader
- Consultant coordination, team management, preparing drawings, details, construction packages, schedules, reports and data presentations
- Awareness of contractual responsibilities, scope and deliverables over the delivery stages
- Outstanding Revit skills with excellent technical knowledge & documentation skills
