New Appointments 2022

An enjoyable part of our practice’s evolution is witnessing our talented staff grow with us. We are very to pleased to announce a series of new appointments that recognise the outstanding contributions of key individuals within our team.

Kristina Levenko becomes Senior Design Architect.

Kristina Levenko is a much-respected voice within our design and visualization team, having worked across many educational projects including Ian Potter Southbank Centre and the recently completed School of Design and the Built Environment at Curtin University. Kristina joined as a graduate and has now grown to be a trusted adviser for newer staff in the expanding design team, maintaining strong supportive communication and providing cohesive design solutions.

Tine Van de Wiele and Tom Denham become Associates.

Tine Van de Wiele has demonstrated an incredible work ethic, expertly managing project complexities as Project Leader on Cradle Coast Campus and Rivers Edge at the University of Tasmania. Tine’s practice contribution also extends to her generous mentorship of other staff, becoming a go-to person for technical knowledge and project leadership advice.

Tom Denham is a highly valued member of the project delivery team and has consistently performed above and beyond the role of BIM Coordinator. Tom has implemented many efficiency innovations and initiatives for our project teams, providing support through the creation of guides, research papers, training videos and the Revit Kit of Parts.

Luke Jarvis and Emily Kilvington become Principals.

Luke Jarvis has a remarkable ability to work across multiple projects at different scales, and is currently Project Director for St Patrick's College Ballarat and 895 Ann St. Luke maintains fantastic working relationships with people both within and beyond our practice, through his dedicated mentorship of team members, and his strategic networking which has contributed to the development of leads into new work.

Emily Kilvington boasts extraordinary expertise in the design and delivery of large public projects and masterplans, and has worked across several projects for Epworth, Scienceworks and Tasports. Since joining in May 2021, Emily has made a huge contribution to our business development strategy, bringing her smart thinking and level-headed leadership into workshops, bids, tenders and project presentations.

Jasmin Williamson becomes Partner.

Jasmin Williamson’s elevation to Partner recognises her outstanding stewardship of the Sydney studio since 2018, leading a tight knit team that has grown to over 18 members in recent months. Jasmin steps up into a business director role, while continuing to lead large-scale projects such as the redeveloped 477 Pitt Street that is now our studio’s new home in Sydney.
