This contemporary hybrid draws on local, historic typologies—wool-stores, waterfront towers, silos, and industrial warehouses—into forms that honour its heritage and anticipate a vibrant urban future.
The design is split and shaped with raked facades to reduce the impression of volume. The smaller form respects the neighbouring heritage properties and creates a precinct with generous social spaces and views to the bay with integrated landscaping.

Local pigments from the Cheetham salt works in Corio are suggested in the earthen tones of the facade. The natural, robust finish of the brick base shifts across the two towers and through the upper storeys.
