Drawing on Kew’s established patterns of streets, laneways and green spaces, the design creates a highly walkable and community-focused precinct that prioritises connectivity, amenity and public life. A new pedestrian-oriented street forms the central spine of the development, linking activated retail edges, intimate laneways and generous public spaces inspired by the social character of European piazzas.

Comprising residential buildings, the precinct delivers approximately 194 dwellings which includes apartments, townhouses and a diverse range of housing typologies including one, two, three and four-bedroom residences, low-rise apartments and penthouses. This diversity of built form and dwelling type enables the project to accommodate a broad demographic while contributing to a sensitive increase in urban density within an established suburban setting.
